Position: Payroll / Office Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Checking and recording the number of hours worked.
  • Calculating wages and salaries.
  • Collaborating with the corporate office to maintain employee data.
  • Calculation pay raises and overtime compensation.
  • Resolving issues employees have relative to timesheets and payroll accuracy.
  • Collaborating with internal and corporate office to assist with scheduling tasks.
  • Assisting in general office and operational procedures.
  • Monitoring office expenditures and office documents.
  • Assist in vendor relationship management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with office payroll.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Administrative background.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • College preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.

Position: Account Executive - Las Vegas

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and develop rapport with prospective customers and close sales.
  • Execute full sales process, including lead generation, negotiation of terms and contract execution.
  • Establish consultative relationships with key executives of the targeted companies to create a long-term pipeline of top targets.
  • Directly manage and develop new accounts / clients.
  • Fill the pipeline with new opportunities.
  • Meet annual and monthly sales objectives.
  • Attend sales and marketing events, trade shows and conferences.
  • Develop and give presentations and demonstrations of company services and products.
  • Providing specific information for proposals to be generated, including complete prospect information, engagement and service details and any special terms and conditions.
  • Maintain pipeline and forecast information as well as prospect contact information and status in our contact management database (CRM)
  • Respond to requests for information from prospects with appropriate documentation.

Requirements:

  • 3 + years’ exhibit sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to plan and manage strategic sales initiatives.
  • Outstanding consultative selling abilities and interpersonal skills with executive level clients
  • Demonstrated track record in sales and new client generation.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers.
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Solid business acumen with the ability to understand client’s needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business preferred.
